Since we are hosting Thanksgiving, I have a long list of things to get done before Thursday. One of those was putting a door up along with the handle. I have never done this before so it was bound to be an adventure.
What is wrong with this picture? I was making sure that door would close with the hardware installed… and I closed the door. Immediately I realized that I closed the door without the handle on the door. I had no idea how to get the door back open!
I called neighbor Bill to the rescue. He was able to fix it and helped with the handle. Stay tuned to more blunders as they come about… I am sure there will be plenty… as I am getting ready to put up Christmas lights!
