Adventure Journal: Red River Gorge Round Two

On top of the Indian Staircase… The story goes that the Adena Indians lived on top of this rock and they used the footholds to make it easier to get to their home.

The cool thing about the Indian Staircase is that there is no trail leading to it. You have to know where to make the turn off into the woods to get to it.

Had to throw in some more climbing pics… these pics are from the 2nd time we climbed.

Jeremy is a great teacher and he knows his stuff about rock climbing. If you are ever at Natural Bridge in Kentucky look him up @ Cabins of Quiet Waters.
