A Day at the Beach

This past Sunday we spent a relaxing day at the beach. I attempted to play some futbol (soccer) with Carlos and some of his friends on the beach. I had two things going against me:

1. Futbol is hard to play in the sand. Running is also extremely difficult in the sand. So I would run five feet and I could hardly breathe.
2. So when you’re at the beach its natural to walk around in your bare feet. However, playing Futbol in your bare feet is extremely difficult.

Ok… so I lied there is a third thing I had going against me. I suck at soccer and every Honduran male seems to be amazing at futbol.
